    I think he's being the focal point to take the flak from his players. He knows they're not good enough, but the point is he's trying to make 'em good enough for next year.

    Think he said in a media interview that he has to say things to the press that he doesn't always represent what he's actually thinking.

    Probably true but some of what gets said will be reight. I don't think he directs stuff just for no reason or just at the fans. The club has a cloud hanging over it in the form of PC's court case, which must be affecting what we will and won't do.

    In the sense that I can't decide whether it's a clever ploy or just an ego the size of Rochdale.
