    I pay for unlimited downloads, but had a e-mail saying im doing far too much of it ive got a warning for over downloading?

    Check your T&C's (Terms & Conditions). Bet there's something in there about Acceptable Useage Policy Limits or something along those lines.

    Most ISP's have limits nowadays; I can only think of a handful that don't.

    Yes thats what they called it but isn't it false advertising if it's not really unlimited?

    Depends on the exact wording I guess.

    I'm with Blueyonder, and it says on their site whilst continuing to give you the peace of mind of a completely unlimited service unlike our competitors at Wanadoo and BT.

    You need to check their website, incase they've made changes you are not aware of.

    I`ve had exactly the same mate work away most of the time upgraded and told I`m downloading too much it`s a joke
    I don`t even leave my computer switched on when I`m finished browsing /poo

    I seem to think that there is a fair usage clause in the T's & C's. My reading of it though was to give them a get out if you abuse the service say for example you were to run a news server there taking Gigs of bandwidth per day - or spend your entire life downloading films they have a get out.

    Normal private use shouldnt be a problem. Be interested to see what response you get.
