    10year old boy from Barnsley with an ASBO. He's not allowed to carry knives, screwdrivers in public, throw eggs and stones, have drugs, possess alcohol or be drunk and has a night time curfew. He's also banned from a local school abd has been ordered n ot to communicate with six people who live near him!</p>

    if he is specifically banned from carrying knives in public and thowing stones and eggs does that mean its OK for the rest of us.

    I am sick of all the pussy footing cop out *****!!! We live in a country where there is always something or someone else to blame!!!

    Then even if there is nobody to blame can always blame it on the governmet! Im pig sick of it!!

    Asperger's, ADD etc, made up ***** to excuse lazy bad parenting and obnoxious brats.</p>

    Compulsory sterilization, reversed when it can be proved if they breed then they can financially and emotionally look after their offspring.</p>

    LOL even I would't go that far!

    but for some I would. Like persistent offenders. When they have demonstrated that they clearly cannot behave in a responsible manner and are a plague on society. But no people have a 'right' to have children. Biggest pile of crap ever! What about the child's right which are supposedly paramount? What about society's rights not to be plagued by inadequates?

    Aspergers is real! As is ME which is a real mental condition! It is easy to mock mental conditions as it is not possible to have physical evidence due to the nature of the disorder which is mental. However these are serious conditions that should not be played down.

    The problem is that they are played on by malingerers and idiots who claim to have them as an 'excuse' for their behaviour!

    I bet he is just a nice little kid, thats easily led,
