FTAO of Big Lil re curry when losing weight

Go for tandoori prawns or chicken wi salad & mint sauce. If you have to have somert saucey ask for dhal masala without oil & boiled basmati or jasmine & only eat half the rice

 

& chinese

prawn or chicken in black bean wi plain rice or noodles

 

Burger or pizza

no bun, no cheese have with salad and have lemon juice to dress

no cheese or oil on pizza, roast veg topping thin & crispy base

 

Chip shop

fish & peas or curry

REMOVE THE BATTER FROM THE FISH GIVE IT TO THE DOG

pour peas or curry over fish

was thinking I may be ok with dry dishes like shaslick(no sauce) or just tandoori mixed grill etc. but wasn't sure.

Also not too bothered about Chinese but thanks for the tips.

As you know with problems with trouble this week we've not done very well but will try much harder next.

It definitely stabilises the gut if it doesn't reduce it. Cut my drinking down the last fortnight to just 1 night out, I didn't think I'd lost owt, but I've gone to the next notch on my belt, so it can't be a coincidence.

Mixed grill too big & lamb has too much fat in it. Stick to prawns or chicken

I found that if I allowed myself a little of anything it was better than being a martyr and deny myself it. If I did that what I wanted grew into a big evil monster haunting my dreams (ever been chased by a spare rib into a vat of satay sauce?)
