Let it go... you were relegated because you were rubbish. All this legal action is getting embarrassing now.

They only needed 1 point from the last 15 or so and ****** up.

    They've no-one else to blame.

Agree with you entirely. The bades are in the right, West Ham were in the wrong. If Leeds and Hull had done similar, last season, those anti-Blades would be singing from different hymn sheet.

That's the sad thing of how it's seen. Personally, I wish all the prem league clubs that dropped points last season against West Ham when Tevez was playing, took legal action. Claiming that their points column and position had been affected by it.

Sadly, morals apparently aren't in question, it's mainly about sour grapes and sweeping it under the carpet with the rest of the shameful stuff that's going to ruin this game.

Look at Italy, all the money and investment was going that way not too many years ago. You watch what happens when somebody actually exposes things. Rest assured, if anything like that comes out in England, FIFA and UEFA won't be turning the other cheek. The FA should have made an example of West Ham, not wimpered in the corner waiting for someone with balls to do something.

Thing is, third party ownership providing there isnt an 'interfence clause' is not the problem according to the FA. If it was soley down to 3rd party ownership then why have Liverpool signed Macherano and Man Utd signed Tevez, Everton signs fernades, the list goes on.
The only bits Sheff Utd can complain about is the third party clauses, which they broke themselves.
