Simon Davey:

We have missed Foster, Andranik and De Silva.

Diego has played 60 minutes in the reserves but he needs more training under his belt.

I have to think about changes for Tuesday. We have watched the video and we know where it went wrong and what we need to do to put it right.

We have ten games to put things right. There is experience all over the park and we talk together. The dressing room is fine. We have been in this situation before. We have to keep calm heads and keep focused on what we are doing. It is in our hands, most other teams have only seven games left.

We have been here before, we know how important it is as a football club and a town and to the players that we make sure that everyone does their jobs.

When we have a fully fit squad we have done well and when we lose key players we don't.

Results picked up and then we lost Foster, Andranik and De Silva and they are major players and it has affected us. It has affected results and the style of performance. Over the last two games we haven't looked like we can even pass the ball.

I have noticed over the last three years it is like a switch in players head that they start to play percentage football when we are in this position. It is not direction from the coaches. I think they don't want to be the ones to make a mistake and are more careful rather than trying something different.

We have to make sure in the last ten games everyone is in the right frame of mind or they can't play. They are all my players and are all wanted here. I pick the team, buy the players, pick the tactics and if we don't perform it is my fault.

We didn't want to be in a relegation battle. I have had a fantastic relationship with Patrick Cryne and he was the first person in my office after the game to say not to worry and keep going.

I understand our supporters get frustrated. The last thing we want is to play in League One. We have to unite, get behind the players. On Tuesday from the first minutes all we want to hear is our supporters throughout the whole game. If they can get behind us from the first minute we will be in the Championship next season.

Next season the finances in the league will be different and we will be more competitive in the Championship. I love working for the Club and trying to keep us in the Championship.

For Palace, Neil Warnock is very well organised and got very good players. They are one of the few teams that have nothing to play for and so will come in a relaxed atmosphere. Our will to win needs to outdo their relaxed play.

on the sub point; who on the bench would have made any impact to the game? Rigters, useless. Van Homo, inept. Steele, a Goalkeeper. Devaney did come on but didn't do much. strength in depth is something we don't have.

5 - It is not direction from the coaches - do we get any direction from the coaches ? There was me thinking that Simon plays musical statues on the sidelines for 90 mins every weekend
