    Nothing, but he's keeping a team tipped for relegation out of the bottom 3 and doing an average job with a below average budget.

    He makes mistakes. **** loads. But so does everyone else and it winds me up that people look at football and managers different to any other profession.

    He's the worst manager in our history, and don't give me the budget ****. If I'm crap at work I get a warning and then sacked. He's way out of his depth.

    Objective two - stay up. Not been in bottom 3 all season, on course to do it again.

    He should be getting a pay rise.
