    don't see why....

if he's got a clause in his contract with a minimum release fee, then surely if a club offers it, then he can go. i thought i'd read that there was nothing actually in his contract that said that man ure could decide who he could and couldn't go to, so how come he's lost?

There is no clause in his contract.

He claims he has a letter from the club saying that an acceptable offer for him would be 6.8 million.

When Liverpool offered this they got told to f.ck off. Any other club in the world would have had him by now.

    the argument's about

Henize thinking his clause says 6.8m and I can go

Man Utd are saying its 6.8m and we have to be happy about who he's moving to....

but the letter that he has, was a bit vague and implied that it related to a transfer abroad, and not necessarily another english club...

very strange though, but if he doesn't win it eventually (ie via an appeal or whatever), then it serves him right for signing a contract that he didn't fully understand....

    its all ****** really
