Many would claim ,Catching a bus into town isn't ideal these days especially if you are in a hurry Its uphill but i agree this may throw some light on to things and for many they haven't been able to bridge the gap for years nor quench their thirst if they go too far, unless they retrace their steps and change direction then their prayers could be answered along the way </b>
I think same, its Hoyle Mill. Potters Ballotini was Woods glassworks,alongside the Litespot and opposite Barnsley Brewery, Ideal was the bus service, the bridge could have been an old canal or the railway viaduct and the prayers answered would be the priory.
Well done hoyle mill is correct...the bridge was in fact the walk way that joined the 2 buildings that crossed over pontefract road...the potters field day was the Snooker club, which is well sign posted, tottys signs too...the old chapel.next door to the tyre company So well done...game three to follow shortly, Well done tosh
