RE: Ipswich 3-3

Yeah that was bad, Dave Watson going walkabout!!

Sheff Wed at Swillsbrough the other year when Brunt scored was a bad one and when Di Canio scored in prem against us late on.

Quite a few tbh. One not mentioned so far, Middlesbro home in early nineties. Won 1-0 and PA announcer gave out play off dates only for Brighton to equalise in injury time at home to Ipswich for us to miss out.
Oh...and any of about our last eight or nine visits to Swillsboro.

Wednesday away in Prem - Di Canio last minute, heartbroken

Plus i was going out with a dee dah at the time , that game ended our relationship because she thought it was acceptable behaviour to laugh at me

Might cause a bit of a reaction this.

But how can Michael Owen be blamed, he was brought down clean through on goal twice. Hardly his fault. One was more of a tangle of legs but he was just too quick.

The ref should have showed a bit more consideration but he was clean through on goal both times. There was no dive and the rules say red card.

I know but surely even as Barnsley fans you must realise if it was the other way round there would be outrage if they didn’t get a red card.

I still don’t get the abuse he got.

By the way, Stoke last season has to be up there, along with the Wednesday game the season before last near Christmas. The biggest one though has to be the game at Hillsborough when Brunt shinned in from 25 yards. 10 men for nearly 90 mins if you include injury time and we battered them.

    Bradford H 3-3

Relegation season. 3-1 up, threw away 2 points in the last few minutes. Miller made a pigs arse of a punch and Ashley Ward knocked in the equaliser.

Living in Bradford and giving one my mates who is a city fan a lift home wasn't fun :'( :'(

there's a fair few: Stockport at home a few years ago, being 3-0 up at half time and drawing 3-3 if i remember right, they were bottom by about 15 points at the time. Ipswich away a year ago, we looked like a relegated side and lost 5-1. Sunderland away when we lost 2-0, one of the worst games ever. Huddersfield at home in the play-offs, was absolutly gutted that we lost that game.

Couldn't take it, even tho I knew we had a good run. I'd calmed down by the evening due to consumption of alcohol, but when I left the ground I was in bits

Thats by far the most disappointing of any

Because thats the only opportunity we'll ever have to see a Final in our lifetimes. Promotions and relegations come and go.

My disappointment was tempered by the fact

That if we'd got to the FA Cup final we'd have also managed to get relegated.
