    I met him on a plane to Amsterdam in June and he was a cracking fella talking about barnsleyfc youth academy and players coming through but I think he's found his niche with what he's doing now. My mates a boro fan and he never rated him as a manager!

    He was awful, hence he hasa never done it since.

    He always used single out players who were having a mare and say how good they were playing,. Which explains his transfer strategy
