    signed for Sheff United on a loan until the rest of the season.

    Has previous with punching members of their fan base and slagging their captain off, on one hand it takes a massive set of b**** to accept the move even if it’s temporary. But on the other hand surely it’s a bad mistake for all involved?

    Have we ever had the level of hatred for a player that they have for Madine? Morgan perhaps?

    Said to a Sheff U fan at work today, if he scores the goals that gets them up will he be bothered then? I’d probably say not.

    Does seem a slightly strange one though I must admit.

    Just looked on Soccerbase and his last goal was on 20th of January. 50 weeks without scoring a goal, mainly because he's not been deemed good enough to be put in the team. So you get on loan a goal shy criminal who played for your most hated rivals and is costing you a lot of money in wages. Can't see him being the answer to their striker problems and if he doesn't score quickly for them, the fans will soon be on his back and abusing him.
