    Would return my ticket if he came in. Looked at objectively we should be looking for a black manager, because there are so few of them, statistically speaking they are an undervalued resource, it was the same with players in the 70's, you could get better black players for less money.

    the ratio of black managers does not stand up to the number with the required UEFA qualifications, thats my point. If she's got the requisite qualifications, why not give it to a woman?
