    maybe, 3yrs since he left Wendies but he had a 45% win rate there, would kill for something similar right now

    I personally think three years is too long for the situation we're in and unless it gets to the stage were we've only got numpties left to choose from, Megson would be the only solution

    He was my choice the last two occasions we sacked a bloke. He'd have been ideal in a relegation battle at that level. Not sure he's what we'd need now though. And Nicky Eaden said he was his worst ever gaffer. "ended my career." So it's a no from me.

    I don't rate him as a manager at all but he's a surprisingly nice bloke.

    Megson would be a good appointment for any League 1 club.
