    In Paul Heckingbottom's interview on Player he seemed pleased with the rapid way in which we got the business done on
    Mowatt's transfer from Leeds.

    Reading between the lines of what Gary Monk has to say in the piece linked below it seems that he was not in the loop on
    the deal and that it had happened almost before he knew of it. He sounds regretful that we have got their man.

    Monk is saving face with the fans as they pretty much universally all wanted mowatt to stay, not heard many say owt bad about him.

    Nah, I've heard a few Leeds fans say they're not fussed and that he's 'reached his peak' and 'will find his level'. Odd thing to say being that he's only 21, but they're odd people.

    Astonishing to think he had they're second highest appearances in the team when he left at that age though.
