Players released: Some had to go for simply not being good enough. That is a shame because some of them we have to thank for where we are today. I wish all the released the best of luck and especialy Kay, Austin and Tonge. Would have liked them to stay, but understand that people have to leave to release funds. New Contracts: Great news that so many are signed up for the next two years. Hopefully the Nardiello rumour will be comfirmed shortly. It's good that if they play well we will get good money for them if they move on. Season Tickets: Going up over quid a game at a time other teams are freezing, putting them down, giving early bird deals etc isn't great. But if the extra funds coming in is used wisely on box office bums on seats players, it will be fine by me.
Season Tickets Agree with most of that, but if you recall ST prices were frozen last season - before everybody else jumped on the bandwagon! </p> And to put it another way - woiuld you rather pay £300 to sit on the Ponty, or £340 to sit on the Tivoli?</p>
