    According to the Telegraph (I know, not exactly the best of sources) Coventry are taking a look at him - hopefully we will nip in there for him sharpish - would be nice to have a few more players with experience playing in the Championship.

    Definitely need players that can play in the Championship.......latest 2 are unproven......we need

    I would say we need the backbone strengthening
    2 experienced centre halves - Morgan and Mackay (Watford)
    1 midfielder that can make things happen - Teddy Sheringham
    2 experienced forwards - Shipperley / Horsefield plus a loan signing

    And with the young guys at the club we have then a decent chance of stopping up and progressing

    thats 4 wages that haven't been replaced.

    Although, 5K for one player is probably too high (if we were to have others), I wouldn't go as far as saying it wouldn't be possible.

    But who knows what he would demand, and we would offer.

    My point is that 5k on the above ins and outs, should definately be available, if not slightly more.
