Dennis Wise is sending him back to the Blades, and he's not in Warnock's plans, so he should be available for loan. I think that he would be a good signing for us.

I saw you last night. Have that. Anyway ... Leeds don't create the chances we do. A decent striker in our team would be near the top of the goal scoring charts. A good player in a poor team, or a team that plays a system that doesn't suit him ... can be made to look like a poor player. It's ballax anyway ... we can't afford his wages. In fact - we can't even afford his fines.

Horsfield...... is a waste of time. He's done nothing at his previous two clubs. His goalscoring record and minutes on pitch record are both pants. If a player with the exact same records but not from Barnsley was available. Then i doubt people would want him. Seems like anyone connected with Barnsley in some way, somebody wants back in some role... No my thoughts on Horsfield being crap, not able to find the net, not getting enough regular football, having a bad disciplinary record etc at his more recent clubs is how i came to the conclusion. Here is another question for the Barnsley connection lets get them signed people. Why not Leon Knight ? Scored more goals for starters. People said not to go after him because of his discipline. Well Horsfield showed class when falling out with Warnock after two minutes. Or how about sent off on his Leeds debut ?

Just look at Davis, Diouf etc. Horsfield was playing in a pretty decent Premiership team only last season & was subsequently transfered for £1.2m. To think that his spell at Leeds makes him not good enough for a side 2nd bottom of the Championship is laughable. You wouldn't know a coach if it ran you over on the M1.
