is he actually any better than Hemmings. I know some on here moan about Hemmings but he I think he puts himself about a bit and not sure hes been played in his best position.

Everytime I have seen hemmings play hes dropped deep or pushed wide. we get the Waring lad and he gets to play up front as an out and out striker.

He was terrible yesterday and looked nackered after 20 mins.

I just dont see the point of bringing him in. (and yes I know he scored last week)

Looks very raw to me. I don't want to criticise the lad as he certainly tries to be involved (and it's very early days) but haven't noticed much quality from him really. Would only play him against certain sides and probably as a sub. Hemmings looks a better finisher.

Too early in my opinion to make judgement on Waring.

Kane Hemmings didn't do it for me. Did loads of running around but isn't good enough for this level technically. I think he could well end up leaving on a free in the summer

play in his reight position and score a fecking sack full for some other team :). hes been in and out of the team. I just think he should be given a goos go rather than bring in someone else.

Wilson is forever chopping and changing the team, it cant be helping

I don't understand why we can't give Oates a good run in the side? He did well out on loan at Chester and we cut his spell short. He looked good when he came on against Preston.

I thought Waring was terrible at Donny. No stamina or strength and poor in the air for such a big lad. No better than Oates. A pointless loan signing for me.

Again, too early to judge. I thought he did well against Yeovil considering the circumstances. He had an involvement in every major moment of the match. Difficult to judge the lad against Donny as with that powder puff midfield behind him, he was never going to have much joy.

Difficult to compare him to Hemmings as they're 2 very different players. Hemmings looks more like a goalscorer, however he hasn't done this regularly enough. Maybe the two alongside each other would work.

Cant single him out... Whole team played poorly... Had no supply for midfield and played up top on his own for most of the game...

    Danny got it wrong

But last week in a front two alongside an experienced forward (lita) i thought he played well!

It was a huge ask to play him up front on his own against a team that like to dominate possession. Especially when his own midfield gave him little to no support.

I felt sorry for him to be honest.

Even though he didn't play well, he clearly offered us something different to all the other strikers we have or have had this year.

16 league games and 1 goal.
2 league games and 1 goal.

So the guy who's most inexperienced and doesn't have 21 matches behind him this season for match fitness is already equal to him on goals. I'd say he's better than Hemmings.

I admit the service to him in Sat was non existent but it's obvious the lad is very raw and is going to struggle against no nonsense league 1 centre halves. Just can't see the point in blooding other clubs raw talent when we can use our own. Rhys Oates looked brave and quick at Preston and I'd much rather see him given a chance that's all.

I've not seen enough of Waring to form an opinion but Hemmjngs shouldn't be near the team until he sorts his fitness out. He barely has a half in him before he's running on empty

Bearing in mind that Winnall has been missing for quite a few weeks (and Hemmings still hasn't been playing up front), I'd say Danny has already made his mind up about him.

If this season is to be about developing the team, it's a mystery as to why Danny keeps getting short term loans in when he already has other options available.

Another of Wilsons numerous crap signings,he is getting all these untried youngsters in and people on here are complaining about them nearly all of them will finish up back in the lower leagues from which they came in the not too distant future, maybe at the most two of them will make it and as soon as they become anything like will be sold, how can you build a team getting players like these in
