    I'm still a little baffled at the decision to release George. I suppose we've just got to put our faith in Hecky and hope he's got this one correct. Obviously, we've got Yiadom in from Barnet, but the leap from League Two to the Championship is a lot bigger than the leap from playing regularly in League One to the Championship. Again, let's hope it was the right decision. I can honestly see George signing for someone like Peterborough, having another good season and then moving onto a Championship side for a bit of coin.

    a contract was offered. He didn't sign. It was withdrawn. Yes the club low-balled him and they may regret not offering him more.
