Blame the parents then late application for the school. But no, as always they want to blame somebody else.
Exactly - as is usually the case... It's unfortunate but these things happen - why should someone who got their application in on time suffer or class sizes at the school increase simply 'cos someone couldn't be arsed to hand in their form when required. Thirty years of Thatcherite policies and now we've got a whole nation of people who think society should revolve around them...
