I second that where on our 3rd choice, just need to make him an offer he can't refuse, if not I'd go for uwe Rosler but it's time interviewing him and what not and time we haven't got
6 month deal for megson with big bonus if we stay up. Get rid at end of season and go back in for SOD once his compensation is sorted, which, lets be right, is why he turned us down.
when you say 'let's be right' about his compensation, what factual information is that actually based on?
what diiference does that make it,s money he,s owed, taking another job would have no effect whatsoever.
yes it would. without boring you to tears, a contractual claim would be subject to the concept of mitigation. He is better off settling a claim now for the balance of his notice period or the majority of it and then going out the next day and getting another job.
without wanting to sound like a tit, I negotiate exit packages for a living and have dealt with numerous cases involving sports players/managers and so I am basing this on informed knowledge. I could be wrong, he could just not have fancied it but it makes sense that he wouldn't take the job now and reading between the lines he made reference to the proximity of his exit from NFFC.
