    After 6 whole hours yesterday getting shut, the little beaut is back again....its worse than Rob - bless him!!!! I am now going to sell my PC for an empty pack of Toblerone and ram it right up my ass to make sure I can enjoy my christmas.</p>

    do you know how to put your pc in safe mode? if so, un your anti-virus software such as norton and put back in normal mode.

    gets rid forever. these anti-spyware programs you were recommended won't get shut of it. i did the above and it has been gone for 4 weeks now
