Got down to ground at about 9:30, had cash but thought I might use credit card if no queue at ticket office.....I reckon queue for ticket office was about 40 mins (similar length to when I went for semi final tickets) once it opened. Went round to East Stand, about 7 people in front of me....opened at about 9:50 and I had my tickets in 5 mins....£52 tickets in block M7 - excellent, just what I was after. Asked where coach tickets were on sale he said turnstyle 71, that was locked up...went back to the same turnstyle to check (no queue at this point) and he went off to find out to say it was the ticket office......so a 40 min queue for coach tickets in ticket office queue?! Seemed a bit ridiculous as the idea of East Stand was to alleviate the queues at the box office. So I went in club shop to ask there and say it seemed a bit ridiculous to do this - she went and double checked....and they opened up a cash only window in the box office for coach tickets....queuing through the shop.
