Contrary to what some here seem to believe I do not think Hill believes Wiseman is a god or is indispensible. He was brought in last year to step up to the plate and I did think he did ok before Xmas. I then think he lacked in confidence as the season wore on. He is not ***** however and just because he has been asked to play in an unorthodox position does not make him so either. Give him a bit more time methinks. If he's still Odejayi-like in a year then maybe he can't hack it. But, then again, he was brought in on the cheap because Hill had no money and he needed cover at right back. Hill will get it right in the longer term. He has a plan, he's sticking to it for good reason and to slag players off when they are part of the re-building, to me is too short-sighted.
The only player I think that cant really hack it is Foster. I have said this time and time again as I dont think he is mobile enough or comfortable enough. I would also suggest as I have done before that Hassell is nearing the end of his career. I have my opinions about why I say this and it's not just to do with age. Hassell has been a fab servant and a good lad but, again, long-term he will have to go...(and if he had a good game tonight well done to him and thank you but I still have my view)

    Cheers

Opinion ok, but I disagree. £300K these days is not a massive amount of cash, particularly for a championship side... there's my point really. Hill is buying players for 300K and getting freebies and other clubs are still spending millions. Good luck to Hill-he has my complete support.

To BFC it might be (in Championship terms its not) but what is Hill supposed to do then? He cant win then can he?

Hill has my complete support too but right now I do not rate Wiseman as a championship defender. Maybe he will develop, maybe he won't but that won't stop people discussing his weaknesses. I hope he does prove most of us wrong but in the meantime I think Hill needs to consider taking him out of the firing line, even if it's only for a game or two.

THe only problem with Wiseman is that he has replaced Hassell. Hassell once again last night proved he is a better midfield player than full back

the difference between the two, Hassell is not very good and Marking an man. Hw can however recover from that and sometimes kmake last min money shot tackles the fans love Sir Bobby for this. Wiseman is asteady and doesnt not need to make dramatic last min money shot tackles as he didnt balls up to start with

    Get off FOSTER'S back!

You type all of that about Wiseman from the 'high ground' and then are critical of Foster and Bobby - the two players who have proved their worth in this division over a number of years. I won't slag off Wiseman because he doesn't pick himself to play and must be aware that he is struggling. Hill's obsession with him worries me though. 300k IS also far too much money imho.

Wiseman balls up regularly, difference is that he doesn't manage to recover like sir bob. I don't expect you to see that though.

I agree to a certain extent, I just get all off the priase that Hassell gets when he cant mark a man which is a fundemental role as a full back

I can't see how you can then praise Scott "I've lost him again" Wiseman. He is always out of position, rarely even makes a tackle and all I can say positive is he's fast.

    No

in the spirit of bringing equilibrium on this board, I will make it my no.1 priority to highlight each and every fu.ck up he makes until he's dropped for good and a replacement brought in.
