    obviously i dont wanna see us down, ever! but theres no replacement, its guna demoralise the players, lower the clubs ability to attract new players and all in all would be a bad decision, bare in mind we have played well this season just havnt got our rewards, which will come. i just wish this pharse with the contract would be over so the players have abit of belief back in there chairman and manager

    the only farse with the contract was offering him 1 in the 1st place,
    im sure there are capable managers out there who would come in and change things round

    stability is key, how often do we change managers? keep him, stop being such a d*** n get behind him not want him out FFS!!!!!!!!!!!

    we are 1 game away from safety!! we've played good football all season, today we wer s**t yea no doubt about that, but hes talkin to middlesborough about getting 1 of there experienced players on loan aswel as going in for lucketti again.. how can you been so negative all the time??

    he plays tommy wright, does that mean he gets sacked? hes not guna play hayes with nardiello there '2 similar' and mark richards isnt fit, so had to go with tommy, unfortunatly.

    Stability is key! we're about as stable as Michael Jackson, League 1 is NOT stability.........

    we need a new manager now! one that can sell the club to prospective signings, Andy Ritchie sounded a doomed man tonight, get used to it he's going.

    yea i think hes gunna leave, but i hope he dunt, this week is key, is we can get a couple of players in on loan n get a result then its all changed. ya sack ritchie who ya get to replace him?

    We cant keep sacking managers everytime we are in a bad run.

    If Ritchie was to be sacked we'll definately go down.

    It'll be tough thats for sure, but sacking Ritchie will make it even more tougher.

    We should be looking at getting at least 6 points out of next 3 games against Southend, Leeds and Ipswich
