Will Keith Hill missing the match make any difference anyway? It's not like he says owt while he's in the dugout. Flitcroft does all that. A quick phone call at half time and jobs a good un.
I don't know whether its a criticism or not, but I've seen Hill do plenty of ranting and raving on the touchline.
Fair enough, I haven't seen him do much of it. From what i've seen Flitcroft does most of the in game stuff, shouting to the players and waving his arms around suggesting tactics and things and i'm sure its normally Flitcroft who gives instructions to the subs when they come on as well. I always got the impression that Hill is the tactician who chooses the team and tactics and can reflect on things and analyse them and Flitcroft is the more experienced player who sees things as they're happening and talks the players language.
I'd say its fair to suggest Flitcroft does most of it. I'd say its unfair to suggest Hill stands there and says nothing.
