    Yesterday I tried from 4.45 until 5pm - no answer.</p>

    This morning I've tried 3 times, no answer on each one, and the last call I was on hold for 16 minutes before being cut off!</p>

    It's disgraceful, and that hold music is like something from a bushy 70s porno.</p>

    Just tried again and didn't get through but I did speak to a polite chap who told me that there are queues into the car park and that the box office was currently inundated. Will try again later this aft.
