None, he has proven time and time again this season he won't learn from mistakes.. Any sane manager would have seen by now that Mellis is not a right winger, we can't play 442, we can't win with 3 defensive midfielders on. I'm all for making mistakes and learning from them but he just doesn't and if you aren't willing to adapt you aren't a good manager.
normally folk say "judge after 10 games" well in fact... he has had the 10 games if you include the two cup games. Granted no one truly expected much from the Southampton game, however to not be able to turn over Scunny in 90 minutes let alone 120 minutes has to leave you wondering. I have to say that penalties is always going to be a lottery, and the amount needed was laughable to say the least.
do you think that the latter half of last season he may have just.. taken on board what Mellon and Co were telling him and using their experience. But maybe now he is being "Billy Big ******" and trying to do it all himself. I get a very bad feeling that it may be just that scenario. He had/has two quite experienced men who know the lower leagues. It worked, has he suddenly had an attack of "Mistra Know it all". If so then its time he was slapped down ( Benny Boy step forward please) and made to listen.
obviously nothing nearly as strong as you have you any new pictures of the swamp donkey to send us all yet
