    Last week he was talking about increasing the income tax threshold. This week ahead of the budget he's now talking of further cuts in public spending.

    Call me a cynic but T*** governments promising tax cuts in the run up to an election while claiming we still don't have a pot to piss in is pretty much true to form.

    I'm not a tory supporter so I'm in complete agreement he's a t**t,but in Donny the council have just announced they intend to close all the council run old people's homes and disabled day care centres...despite having just opened a new £22m theatre in the town.
