well if its Fletcher you are worrying about.. ask yourself this. What league do you think Fletcher would prefer if he cannot get in the Man Utd squad... The Championship or League 1... no brainer really.
Think he will be the latest in a line of excellent players (Roy Keane, Tony Adams, Gary Neville etc) that will bomb as a manager.
I will put real money on him being sh*t, its nailed on, he's not that bright, can't communicate what he could do, because it wasn't about team work - stupid idea that he could ever be a manager.
It's going to be hard for the players to not take the piss when he gets a managers job somewhere and tells them how to behave, what's expected of them etc when his own personal life is how it is.
Don't know how anyone of integrity could respect him as a man which is what it takes for a manager to be successful in my opinion.
He slept for around a decade with his brothers wife, behind the back of his own wife and supposedly paid his sister in law 500 quid to have an abortion. If he was the manager of a team I played for i'd struggle to play for him because he lacks class and him going on about professionalism, telling his players how to behave etc with his past record would be very difficult to take seriously. Look at us with Hecky for example. How well he comes across all the time clearly makes it easy for our players to respect him, look up to him and want to do well for him through getting results.
Awful appointment for a club that was desperate for a good appointment. Totally agree on comments about lack of respect for him. He's an absolute scumbag.
I still think Neville will go on to be a top coach/manager..His brother also..as for Giggs, great player, but the morals of JT!
