You can't make a Silk Purse from a Sows earhole, but just give him a little 'silk' in the January Window and he may well produce a 'Silk Purse' Lets face it he is tactically capable, you only have to study the Home Games. With a few new signings we could then be capable of winning some away games. I would sooner see him get the job than all the 'no hopers' we keep getting suggested.
agree mate i think with a few more players in the right areas he could really get us going,rather have him than some has been,or someone desperate for a job.
