What is it that PC and those who want him to stay expect will happen? What is it about the way things are going that might change? As far as I know we do not have any significant players to return after injury. Could it be that it is all down to bad luck and that ours might change? Do we expect that any of our strikers might suddenly start scoring goals? Is it likely that the most abysmal run of away form I can remember could suddenly turn round? Are we hoping to get through to January still in with a chance of staying up and then intending to spend our way out of trouble? Will SD, through experience, start to be able to influence games through tactical changes and substitutions? Has the team simply just not gelled yet? Or is it just hoping for the best?
