The greatest fans in the world were at Brentford today for a pre season friendly, which Celtic won 2-1. They were also singing songs about Lee Rigby, supposedly "banter" and a few decided to invade the pitch too.
Reading the official Brentford FC page on Facebook, I don't think the locals were too impressed with their antics. "The final whistle was greeted by another, larger, pitch invasion from visiting fans celebrating as if they had won the league"
Can't wait for Wednesday when Rangers fans will be invading our village with their sectarian loveliness.
After seeing what they did in Manchester the other year I bet the police are really enthusiastic about the game(!)
Rangers fans are saints compared to the dark side. I've been following Rangers due to family reasons for he best part of 15 years.
You would say that Both as bad as each other, although personal experience is Celtic behave slightly better. But that's not saying much.
What a load of ******. Both as bad as each other. Got to ask Darfield, What's it like following a Scottish 2nd div team who has only ever won 1 third div title.
Bullsh1t Burning their clubs shirt because they had the audacity to sign a Catholic (Mo Johnston). Banned from Europe for rioting after winning the European Cup Winners' Cup. Being fined & banned from Europe for sectarian chanting. Attacking a lone policeman, when he fell to the ground in Manchester, like a pack of hyenas? There's no place in football or society for the sectarian ignorance and bigotry spouted by fans of both clubs.
Personally don't give a **** about either of them. Send em both back up to the Mickey Mouse league where they belong. Should never be allowed to join us. Ever
Re: Bullsh1t Just proves what I said about there being no place in football & society for sectarian ignorance & bigotry. As does the following:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFyOxS5jL5o
I doubt your league would ever be stupid enough to invite the scum in. BTW tomfum both these clubs and their obnoxious followers make me ashamed to be Scottish.
Yes Glasgow Rangers did. But if you knew anything then you'd know that the Club are now known as The Rangers Football Club and as such have only one title to their name. FACT. I'll put it another way, The Rangers are officially the LEAST successful team in Glasgow. LOL.
No mate, you should be proud to be Scottish, I'm a proud Englishman even when our morons were rioting all over Europe they never stole my national pride, most Scots are good people its the Feckin Religious aspect that gets in the way...You are a good bloke Ian.
Nothing to apologise for buddy. It's not an anti-Scottish statement at all. There's no place for bigotry or sectarianism in football, or life. Whichever country they come from. Both Clubs take it wherever they go, and I want no part of it. It's pitiful, that they use a lower league friendly to show what they're made of.
