I saw something behind the scenes at yesterday's match that I thought was brilliant.
Glenn Roeder went on the pitch to watch a bit of their warm up then stopped at the entrance to the tunnel to sign autographs for their fans and pose for pictures.
He then disappeared down the tunnel towards the dressing rooms but instead of going into the dressing room went to speak to about a dozen youngsters who were waiting to be given their intructions for their ball boy dutys. He spent about 10 minutes on his own talking to these lads about football and asking what their ambitions are, how they're doing at school etc etc.
I've met some nice people in football and I've also met some complete a**e holes who are so far up their own backsides its unreal but Glenn Roeder went up in my estimation for what he did for those youngster and I know they were buzzing afterwards.
So in my opinion Glenn Roeder TOP BLOKE!!!

Just thought you should know :)

    Yes He's A Top Bloke

He also didn't deserve the tumour boy comments some West Ham fans gave him when they were struggling.
