Off to Bristol tomorrow, three hours drive from Aberystwyth makes it one of our local games. Does not look like we will make it to the cup game. But I am not bitter or twisted just delighted to see the REDS tomorrow whatever the outcome.
Although I can cope with being called a glory hunter, the only games we have seen over the past few year are Swansea, Wolves, Coventry, Bristol, Wrexham, Cardiff etc, so not many victories and yes a few glory hunting cup games.
I guess its my choice to live in west Wales, not many jobs for botanists in Tarn. And I cannot grumble at the quality of life. But it is at the cost of the ease of getting to Oakwell and obtaining cup tickets, still the shear delight of watching from a far is some compensation.
