    .....BFC beat Bradford in 1997.

Absolute class, can't believe I'd never been before. Ached all over afterwards but worth every ounce of pain.

Track hire was 200 quid an hour, went for two hours and split it between 15 of us so 30 quid a man. But as it was it Russia I won't bother sending you a link unless you're likely to be passing soon!

We went from work a couple of years ago and it was an excellent night out. The sales manager who is probably the most arrogant and competitive man in the world ended up with a dodgy kart, or one he protested was dodgy. It was funny as **** listening to him shouting obscenities as he was lapped. He finished dead last, behind women and the work experience lad. Hilarious.

    Me too!

It did feel a bit dodgey at times though, zero grip with the slick tires.

You could have been clever and pit stopped, changed into Wet tyres, the time you would have gained would have blown your mates away... unless the pit stop was managed by mclaren!

Forgot to take my pit crew with me, unfortunately.

To be fair to mclaren didn't they do a 3 second pit stop at silverstone?

    Thought so. I was impressed!

I don't follow F1 religiously, but I still know McLaren don't do fast pit stops.

Isn't Hamilton wanting to leave too?

Yeah, only on about 20 million a year bless him and he is upset 'cos his car isnt the fastest, id drive round in a lada and come 24th every grand prix for a fraction of that. And id have a better bird than he currently has that Nicole SherbertDipDab isnt the best!

The "dodgy cart" made an appearance on Saturday as well! My mate who had looked good early on dropped out of the first competitive race after being overtaken by my wife and failing to get back past her. Being 6ft5 he blamed it on his kart being "smaller than the other one I used". When the marshals pointed out that they were all identical he then decided there was a steering problem, and demanded that this particular kart should be withdrawn "for safety reasons", much to our amusement. Very funny, though at the same time totally lame to drop out whilst receiving an ass -kicking from a girl!
