From BBC Sport/Football gossip .... "Portsmouth are expected to confirm Paul Hart as their permanent manager this week. (The Times)"
Good Manager. Maybe not the most lucid conversationalist, but I'd rather have a decent football Manager than a PR windbag like some of the managers who are interviewed by the media.
'Good manager'.......FFS .... ........ go on then, what has he done as a manager to make you come to that conclusion?
So in the last few weeks you've said that Paul hart is a good manager and simon davey is doing well this was after you slated the people of barnsley
one of the many charasmatic managers who have graced the oakwell dugout you know the type, lots of fire and passion in their interviews, get the fans behind them and all that. You know them that sound like they know what they are doing. No? I thought not, I can't remember when we last had one of those.
Enough said, send for the straight jacket .... .... anybody who thinks that about two of the worst managers in our history needs sectioning
I spoke to Gordon Shepherd at the time Hart was at Oakwell and he was less than enthusiastic to say the least (Gordon wasn't Chairman then by the way, just a board member).
Can't wait for Hull to follow Pompey's logic .... ..... cos when they sack Phil Brown, they will appoint Brian Horton .......... and then replace him with ..... Steve Parkin!!
How on earth is he a good manager? He was toss for us, almost as bad as Spackman. He managed to keep Pompey up (not a great thing when you consider the form of Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Hull) so he deserves another go but I reckon he'll be sacked by November.
