    I disagree. I think the local council have done a really good job of improving the place with the new look prom that took years to finish, less rubbish on the streets, 16 brand new trams brought over from Germany etc. It's not as tacky as it used to be.

    Fair point ain't been for a few years...but I think I'll stick to east coast, Whitby Town in the cup would be good.

    Whitby is smart but very little to do apart from go to Magpie Cafe. Enjoy the seafront. Lots of comedy posters on the floor to look at, stone seating and they have concerts and other things happen now it's got room for thousands of people for free. It is rather expensive though places like Tusades charging 15.
