Hi, I'm off to London on the 25/2/12 to watch England v Wales (Rugby Union) I need a hotel that's family friendly as i have to take the family with me. any idea's (not too expensive please) Cheers Kev
Been to a few travelodges recently and they've been ok - rooms were clean and they do an all you can eat breakfast and kids are usually free with a paying adult. Sure they have a sale on the rooms as well
Cheers LiverpoolRed, got a few good ones there and cheap, £80 for night infact, now my next question where do i park that's safe or just turn up and hope for the best
Just give em a ring - see what they suggest. One's I stayed at in York and Chester had no parking facilities as such but the one in Liverpool does
The Travelodge at Docklands has parking, it's a bit further out but on the DLR. We stayed at Tower Hill one, went to London on Megabus for £12 return for both of us!
Get somewhere near Waterloo or with easy tube access to waterloo for easy travel to Twickenham Have a look on lastminute.com Sort by distance from Waterloo (or a nearby landmark like County Hall) and look at the secret hotel deals. When sorted by distance the secret hotel is usually next to the full price version so you can look at the proper hotel details and photos. Book via quidco and you can get up to 12% cash back.
cheers all, i normally just train down and train back and that's me done, but this time like i said the family want to come and make a weekend of it, dont know what conversation she's expecting with us when we get back from the game like. oh well she'll have fun with her mam and our son (they can do the sealife centre and zoo) and anything else a 3 year would like to do
