Who have they 'hammered' this season? Oh they have saved it all up for little old Barnsley, their cup final!

 

No definitely not, I couldn't call the result tbh blades are playing well at the moment but not consistent.
We're not playing as well as we have but grinding results and clean sheets,if I were putting money on it would be afor a draw which ends blades ascent but they won't win at Coventry anyway.

 

They'll come at us wth all guns blazing and play a high pressing game right from the start. Keep them out first 20-25 minutes and they'll be on their players backs. Nick a goal on the break and its curtains for them.

all they managed at Oakwell was 1-1 draw.....

and that was when we slumping into our worst patch of the season. I am hoping we can win, but just do not lose is my order of the day.
If we come away with a draw we will still be ok for the play offs, the other teams around have to play one another and as such we can easily get there. A defeat on Saturday,though, could knock the stuffing out of it. so as long as we come away with summat... then I believe we are in the mix.

 

Need our strikers IMO ,Hammil will have lumps kicked out of him every time he gets near ball.

Even worst case scenario and we lose Saturday we still would need 2 wins imo against Colchester and wigan to make play offs. And if the blades do beat us they are still a point behind little old barnsley.

 

I think we should start winnall and fletcher isgrove and hammill on wing and hit em on break with some pace. Having toney on pitch was like playing with ten men on Tuesday. I miss marley Watkins though

 

Just hope we turn up all 90 mins ,if we do we have absolutely nothing to fear.

 

Yep, that's the way I see it. Look after our own game and we'll be fine.

 

The Blades are not good enough to beat anybody by a big score. The only thing we have to beat is the dee dars bogey we seem to have over the years.
Think we will overcome that this week

Just hope the loanees are up for it ,its gonna be tasty and I just think some of the loaners won't be up to it especially Toney.imo

 

Hopefully toney is dropped after what we saw on Tuesday, I think they will be up for it should start with winnall and fletcher hit em on break if we can beat walsall bradford and port vale away we can beat the blades.

 

If anything we've been a bogey side for them, especially at Bramall Lane. IIRC they haven't beaten us there since Brett Angel got the winner for them. In fact, that's the only time I ever remember us losing there. Plenty of draws and some good wins over the years.

Edit - forgot about 2007/08 and 08/09. We've still got a good record there though!
