Found it interesting what he says about Shane Warne and I agree with it. How he turned it around in the summer for them was amazing, He wouldn't have protected the previous Aussie Coach but because it was one of his best mates ''Shrek'' and another of his best mates ''Pup'' he did everything he could to divert any negative attention away from them.
Couldn't you have posted this in one of your other cricket threads? No need to start a new thread for everything you want to post.
Is there one after the Ashes as well? I'd like his thoughts on the humiliating displays in every test, and his own ar$e falling out, after he lost his bottle midway through the series. That would make a good read.
Cricket is played on a pitch Hemsy, not in the papers. The Aussies we're clearly up for this series and the stuff in the media etc probably helped with this. However, it doesn't hide the fact that it was a pretty ordinary Australian side. A good bowling unit, no doubt but one which the English batters dealt with fairly comfortably in England in the months previous. How we managed to not only lose to this ordinary side but get absolutely destroyed is a disgrace. Our best batters didn't turn up and our best bowlers we're disappointing. A combination of complacency and poor preparation in my opinion.
Prior and Broad left a charity fundraiser early and found a British man on the edge of a bridge. Prior and the security man pulled him back and they talked to him until the police arrived.
Any truth in the rumour it was because he spent thousands to go and watch the most inept and soul destroying performance by an England team? Imagine you'd spent all that money, climbed onto the bridge, the man to talk you down was prior. Good job he didn't jump. Prior would have dropped him.
