I was bloody knackered just reading about it!!

 

Thanks all i've just come back from 3 days away so feel fully refreshed and ready to go the sea was to cold to swim in so i had to stay in the pub training instead. Serious though i hope i can swim a mile at least which is about an hour in the lake.
