Sundance is running for the NSPCC and AIRy for Cancer Research.
Good luck lads, do us proud.

Good luck guys. Don't forget to attempt run the whole course in the style of a Pearly King having a knees up. It'd make me laugh if nothing lelse.
Thanks all DykeTyke is running it too and also deserves a mention. We have never met buthe is a seasoned, experienced runner who knows what he is doing and he has passed me lots of advice over the last few weeks over PM for which I am very grateful.
I'll be wearing number 48089 and I'll be somewhere at the back with the deep sea divers, centenariansand ostriches. I feel more nervous than I did during penalties against Swansea.

Good luck fella Family coming to heckle? I've got my usual 'marathon' directing the VT operation on Sunday morning, a buttock-clenching few hours that I keep promising myself I'll avoid by running the race the following year. I'll attempt to get you on air. Look out for my good mate Rob Walker doing the interviews atour new Cutty Sark position. We're proud of you.
Good for them and hope they do well and raise lots of money for a worthy cause/s. There isn't too many of us that can't say they haven't had their lives effected by Cancer in one way or another. Ive lost various family members to it.
Very best of luck I'm running the half marathon in SHeffield in a couple of weeks and that is pretty daunting. Good luck, make sure you rest if you need to fellas.
Good Luck. Hope the weather is ok for you, I think heavy showers are forecast but hopefully the forecast will be wrong.
