    Starting soon you'll be able to make Skype to Skype calls on Three without having to top up.</p>

    Basically you can get a couple of Three Skype phones or unlocked 3Gs, pop in your Three sims and you're away. No contract, no top ups. </p>

    Supposed to be the fastest in Europe and South Yorks getting it first..in Europe , It will be inby this time next year.</p>

    It was on the news this dinner time.</p>

    This is an EU funded project to make BB ubiquetous in Sth Yorks with Barnsley being 1st....

    ...my understanding is that the plan will also entail street entry points analogous to old style pay phones.</p>
