They simply refuse to learn I was down at 8am and was no. 72 in the queue. I was told they were serving a maximum of 150.
They've shut at 12 today, they're not opening at all tomorrow.
So they've served 150 people in an entire weekend!
For all his fine words after the Liverpool fiasco, it's blindingly obvious that Don Rowing has learned precisely nothing.

RE: They simply refuse to learn Theyve got to change after this, shambles these are comments that are repeated over and over again but how can they justify whats happening. People who want to go and get a SWFC ticket might struggle They did well with the big screen, but have embarrassed themselves apart from that How many other clubs would struggle to sell 16,000 tickets what a joke
RE: They simply refuse to learn Not just Mr Rowing but the Supporters Trust (supposedly fans looking after supporters interest) and the woman in charge of box office all asking people in the queue on Thursday why they were queuing and that they had 9 days to get their tickets. If these people couldn`t foresee this happening why have they got anything to do with OUR club. Fans having travelled fair distances were being turned away at 12 on Thursday. Mr Shepherd you. your manager, the club captain all requested bigger crowds. Here they are can you cope without alienating regular and future fans.
It really is ridiculous When they have such a big game coming up and so many tickets to sell that they only open for a half day over the weekend.
RE: They simply refuse to learn Ok, I can see the argument as to why do people queue at length....but if they are out of the way then it's quieter later next week
Absolute fecking **** When we played Arsenal in the League Cup (95/6?) they opened up on a sunday Michael Spinks must have had a bit more common sense than good old Don
RE: It really is ridiculous As has, I think, already been mentioned, I think the attendance for the Wednesday game is going to really suffer as well, costing them a lot more money than it would have done to employ a number of temps to keep the office open long hours, as no one who wants a ticket for that game can get anywhere near the box office to buy one. Oh, I forgot, They are opening a turnstile for a hour or so on Wednesday. And if you work for a living during 'normal' working hours, then that's just tough - it's your own fault for doing anything as wacky as working.... during the day... on a weekday. (doh)
can you imagine tuesday evening queue for chelsea tickets people wanting their pre ordered qpr tickets people wanting wednesday tickets people wanting their complimentry qpr tickets press trying to get their passes-all from the same office, will be chaos.
