Good Performance today, deserved a point

But here for me is where Davey has to improve and it is making sure we get the draw. Too many times we see ourselves dropping deeper and subsequently loosing. If some of those losses can be converted to draws then his record will look a whole lot better.
But this is not a grumble it was a good game to watch just dropping off costy us i feel

 

Still can't work out how St ledger had 20 yards of grass to run into in front of our area when we had so many players back in our own half. I thought we played well enough and definitely deserved the draw (which I would have been happy with) but our lack of a goalscorer worries me. We have enough talent in the squad to be clear of relegation but I can't help feeling we'll get dragged in because of our lack of goals.
Cureton on loan would be a good signing imho.
Also, just what is the point in Rigters being with us? Surely we have an option to send him back in Jan...hopefully??

exactly we just dropped off but it happened a couple of times before. This is what Davey has to stop. With regard Rigters one thing is obvious part of the loan deal is that he must be in the match day squad ie. playing or sub, but in my oppinion taking a place of someone who may be useful and contribute,

 

They always had an extra man in midfield with us playing 3 up front and they had us stretched at times. 4-3-3 is great if you make the most of it. Yesterday we didnt. Macken grafted as usual and got a few shots off but most of the time seemed to be holding the ball up with little support. Oddjob was better than Mostto but I still think hes playing with the brakes on for the most part.

 

If we cannot score we deserve NOTHING !!!!

And as you will know, I was still a supporter of SD when we were near the bottom of thr tabel and continue to be a supporter, but its pathetic the way we are dominating the game for long stretches and coming away with nothing

So, what club would allow "proven strikers" to go out on loan?
