I was heppy for Scott to go for the money we got as i thought we would use the money to strengthen NOW. We could have held onto him for the future and also possibly not lost the games from Vitos blunders - for a start! Why sell him and then not strengthen.

Summat is not right behind the scenes a tell thi!

We'l sign box office players / PC said that not shep
Money is available / we dont have any money
Weve spoke to Shuker and he will sign next week / shuker didnt get back to us and so weve withdrawn the offer

We need some answers and explanation to just what is going on down there!

Why have we not strengtheneed the obvious areas of need?
Why does Richie keep going defensive when he openly states we cant play like that?
Why is feckin Devaney getting 90mins every week when hes obviously of form?
Why did we sign Kyle Nix?
Why did we sign Healey? - and play him in a derby when you said he wasnt fit?
Why keep signing for the future - further increasing the wage bill when we need experienced players NOW!?

Championship QUALITY is what we need.

There are umpteen players with championship experience that I wouldnt have in the reserves let alone the 1st team.

RE:perhaps the £500.000 is in a bank earing interest ?

waitng for the right spend. Allen from the Owls has just said that he knows the wage bill at Barnsley is only HALF of what it is at Wendys. He was full praise for what is happening in terms of our football. (It was scary listening to him it sounded like a I want AR pitch) but what I am trying to get at is its not the transfer fee we stuggle with, its keeping to a wage structure, break it to bring someone in and the complete team would disintigrate.

Were we not due to break even this financial year

without the play offs/promotion/flinders sale/tv money/mcphails wages/conlons wages/burns wages/vaughans wages/kells wages/flinders wages/no coaching staff/extra season ticket money/extra tv money/larger away followings etc

some small negatives

Mcindoe & togwell fees & wages

Healy wages

servicing some (mangeable last season without the above revenues) debts
