Nice to have the dextrose mixed in there. I usually mix it with Powerade and it's a **** to mix in.

It's cheap yes.
I'd want to know how much creatine there is in there though. It may be mostly sugars.
I think pure creatine powder thrown in with a whey protein shake is best. At least you know exactly how much you are taking.
I didn't know there were any other gym types on here anyhow.
