I'm waiting for the sequel in about 5 years time. 'How Bournemouth Became Portsmouth'.

With out a billionaire backer Bournemouth would still be where they belong, which is a bottom half league 1 side, at least when we got to prem we did it the right way,

I really detest clubs like Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton.. Clubs like ours hasnt got a chance these days, this isnt football has i knew it when i was a kid, i know folk will say football has moved on since the Prem was incepted,

I often find myself thinking if I'm just jealous of other clubs then I think 'no' I'd much rather have our club the way it is!!

Glad I'm not the only one who is suspicious of the 'fairytale' happening at Bournemouth. As nice as it is to see a club like them in the Premier League and I'm happy for their fans to an extent, they've shelled out some decent money. That said, the likes of Derby, Leicester, QPR, Forest etc have doubtless thrown more money at it so fair play to Eddie Howe for at least putting a side together that works so well. I think the only true 'fairytale' since we got to the Prem was Blackpool. They spent 500k on Charlie Adam and sod all on the rest. A team comprising the likes of Taylor-Fletcher, Ormerod, DJ Campbell, Crainey, Evatt et all, wonderful job Holloway did.
